Loved the video. Lately I read a lot about what time to wake up and how schedule a day. It might be a coincidence that 85% of Fortune 500 CEOs wake up before 6 a.m – but I doubt that:)
Anyways, I would love to read an article from Kinowear covering the right day schedule and also, how to maintain only 5-6 hours of sleep.
